Merengue swissroll with cream and berries

This time I made merengue swissroll with cream and berries, just fill it with the berries you like! The cake gives a very pleasant feeling of summer, so time for enjoying!

Cream:

3 dl whipping cream
3 tbsp. sugar
Fresh berries

Whip cream with sugar. Spread the cream over the merengue (after it cooled down) and sprinkle berries on top.

Roll tightly together and place on a plate. Decorate with icing sugar, berries, chocolate etc.
