Lingonberry cream – Trollkrem

Cream concisting of lingonberries, sugar and eggwhite

Unfortunately I don’t have any suggestions for translation of the name of this very traditional “cream” from North-Norway (especially). Directly translated it would be TROLL CREAM – but that doesn’t make any sense. It’s a very easy recipe and it tastes delicious especially together with waffles. Enjoy!


1 part (like coffee cup) lingonberries
1 part sugar
1 egg white

Put everything in a mixer and mix until stiff cream.
