Choux Pastry

What kind of baking can you do when you “have nothing in the cupboards”? The answer is very easy: choux pastry! Freshly made ones tastes delicious, and I agree with my cousins back home that they taste best with strawberry cream! Enjoy!

This recipe gives about 12 pcs.

Bake in pre-heated oven to 200 °C for 40-50 min.

Cool down and cut the top of and fill with whipped cream and e.g. strawberry, raspberry or other kinds of berries. They taste also very good with plain cream. Give a little dust of icing sugar – it gives an extra nice presentation.

Tip: You can just as well use a good jam – just mix carefully with the cream and fill.
